This is a privately owned pasta manufacturing and marketing company, which was founded by Attila Rédei in 1989. By today since inception, the factory has grown into a medium-sized manufacturing unit and, as a result of continuous investment and developments, the company produces pasta with highly efficient and modern machinery. The dryers used in the manufacturing process are automatically controlled in accordance with nowadays’ current requirements.
The high quality standard is one of our most important goals. In order to fulfil this mission we continuously monitor and control both the incoming starting raw materials and our finished products as well. This inspection is performed by a qualified and, independent laboratory appointed by us. We introduced the HACCP in 2001.
Our company has applied for the Quality Food from Hungary award in 2007 and successfully won this title. Also with this award we would like to prove for our partners and customers, that we are producing and distributing controlled, excellent quality Hungarian products.
There are 17 different kinds of pasta in our current manufacturing range. In 2002 we began focussing on the production on making pasta using spelt flour and later on, in line with the increasing popularity of healthy eating, we started to use organically grown wheat, allowing us to produce high quality organic pasta. This activity is controlled and certified by Biokontroll Hungária KHT.
Being a medium-sized company we do our utmost to benefit from this situation and to our advantage, we pride ourselves on being in regular and direct contact with our customers and retain suitable flexibility to satisfy large variety of demands. Our delivery and productive capacity is appropriately aligned, allowing us supply our products directly to our customer’s warehouse in Hungary. Our clients include multinational companies, wholesalers, larger factory kitchens and small enterprises as well.
